WCFA is excited to welcome four distinguished PR experts as our newest Individual Members. Their varied backgrounds and deep experience promise to enrich our community with fresh perspectives and drive meaningful advancements in the field of communications. We look forward to the innovative ideas and valuable insights they will contribute.

Hafsa Enoh (Côte d’Ivoire) - Hafsa Enoh is an experienced Senior Communications Specialist at the African Development Bank, based in Côte d'Ivoire. With over 14 years in the communications field, including significant expertise gained through her prior role at the IFC, she is skilled in stakeholder engagement, project management, and strategic communications planning. Hafsa has a strong background in international development, with a particular focus on economic growth, job creation, and supporting Africa's creative industries.

Isaac Agyei Kwakye (Ghana) – Isaac Agyei Kwakye has over 17 years of experience in public sector communication and public relations. He currently serves as the Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Energy and Green Transition, a pivotal institution in Ghana’s pursuit of sustainable development and environmental responsibility. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Ministry’s communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and public education campaigns. Prior to this, he served as the Assistant Public Relations Officer at the Ministry of Roads and Highways.

Maimuna Ummi Abdullahi (Nigeria) – Maimuna Ummi Abdullahi, popularly known as Coach Didi, is a personal development, mental health coach, and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). Her main goals are to educate people about the realities of mental health, reduce the stigma that prevents individuals from seeking help and create safe spaces for conversations and solutions. She is as well an experienced public relations officer, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Nigerian Institute of Crisis Resolution, Peace Building and Coalition (ICEPC).

Rodrigue T. SOFFO (Cameroon) – Rodrigue T. SOFFO is a pure Public Relations Chartered Practitioner with 28 years’ experience gained both through the practice of Journalism than in consulting throughout Africa, Europe and America. Founder and Managing Director of RS Intelligence & Lobbying a firm incorporated in South Africa, Cameroon, France and Canada, Rodrigue have developed specific skills and approach in helping organization and individuals to gain results through a well-managed reputation. Acting president of the PR Society of Cameroon, mentor of 90% of PR Professional in Cameroon and Centre African Region, Rodrigue is also specialized in international crisis resolutions and diplomacy.
