Ms. Etuk’s trademark skill is in helping others nurture good ideas into real opportunities. Her portfolio includes hands-on technical expertise and a unique range of over 2 decades curative experience in Public Relations & Strategic Communications with specialty in Development Communications, inter-generational diplomacy, gender development, youth co-leadership and mentorship, enabling her design effective stakeholder engagement strategies.

Inimfon is trained and certified by the Protocol School of Washington, U.S.A. as a Corporate Etiquette & International Protocol Consultant. She holds a BA (English) Education Degree from the University of Uyo, Nigeria; an Advanced Certificate in Branding from the London School of Public Relations (LSPR), United Kingdom, & a Masters in International Affairs & Diplomacy from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. Steeped in diplomacy and versed in socio-political/ international affairs, she has facilitated a series of High-Level convergences parading an array of government/diplomatic officials. She is the author of Communication – a development handbook published by the British Council/DFID (2006).

An astute team-player, widely-travelled professional (over 15 countries) and gifted facilitator, her impressive testimonial makes her an invaluable resource addition to any program team. With affiliations to various high net-worth circles, she is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) and served two 2-year terms as Public Relations Officer (PRO) of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) Abuja Chapter. Across employment platforms, she was directly responsible for leading project implementation teams executing numerous ideation/activation briefs spanning industries. She also served as Special Assistant to the President of the 8th Senate, National Assembly of Nigeria (2015-2019).

In the development sector, she has managed organizational projects of select non-profits initiated in partnership with such international organisations as the UNDP, British Council, DFID, USAID, Pathfinder International and UN Women to implement target development goals. She was inaugural UN Women Special Service Consultant overseeing the establishment of the African Women Leaders Network Nigeria Chapter; Facilitated UN Women Launch of Generation Equality Campaign in Nigeria by UN DSG/Women Affairs Minister in 2020 and has served as Consultant/Facilitator for various UN Women Nigeria convenings.
A 2015 alumna of the U.S. Department of State sponsored International Visitors Leadership Program (IVLP), she’s a recipient of the Women Economic Forum 2019 Global Award for “Iconic Woman Creating a Better World”; a recipient of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Rare Gem Award for “Exemplary Leadership/Dedication to Mentoring of Girls and Women”, all in acknowledgement of her humanitarian work as Founder, She Forum Africa, a pan-africa women development, leadership and lifestyle community now in its 10th year.

Ms. Etuk is the CEO/Lead Strategist at Global Narratives Consults – a New Media Strategy and Communications Training Consultancy. She works with her team to facilitate positive change by improving individual and corporate images as well as social intelligence skills.
