With a passion for interdisciplinarity – whether in academia or industry – Chetna Krishna-Becker is an avid public speaker who embodies the idea of “not fitting in a box,” drawing on her unique background as an engineer turned science communicator with education in the UK, Germany and India. Having worked across research institutes, tech industries, and international media houses, she lends cross‑sector expertise in delivering talks, workshops, and lectures on:

As a valued member of the CERN Alumni Network, Chetna collaborates with the Lifelab Foundation to host regular visits to CERN, the world’s largest particle physics laboratory. These visits welcome diplomats, journalists, students, and other curious minds to explore the fascinating world of particle physics and accelerators.
Biography
Chetna Krishna is a science and technology communicator, writer, multimedia editor, and marketing communications (MarComm) specialist. She has collaborated closely with Nobel laureates, scientists, engineers, spokespersons, and outreach professionals from leading international organizations like CERN and facilitated high-impact communication projects such as the globally trending campaign #LHCRun3 for the record energy collisions at the Large Hadron Collider.
She currently leads marketing strategy and communications for ADVANTICS, an industry leader in cutting-edge Silicon Carbide (SiC) power electronics and control systems, positioning the brand at the forefront of next-generation energy solutions across EV, microgrid, marine, and government sectors.
Her background in journalism includes reporting on environmental and Asian affairs for Deutsche Welle, Germany’s international public broadcaster.
Chetna was awarded "Rising Star in Public Relations" gold winner by the World Communications Forum Association (WCFA) at the Davos Summit in Switzerland. Her popular science article on neutrino research at the Large Hadron Collider, published in Symmetry Magazine, was recognized among the Top 5 science articles in the United States advocating for federal support for high-energy physics.
She is also the founder of Little Things That Matter, a blog reflecting on her journey as a global citizen and communicator.
