She currently serves as Chief Corporate Communications Officer at the Jospong Group of Companies, one of Ghana’s most diversified conglomerates with operations across 14 sectors and over 60 businesses in Ghana and beyond. In her role, Sophia leads the Group’s communications strategy, overseeing media, government, and international relations, while serving as spokesperson for the Executive Chairman. She has successfully positioned the Group as a credible investment partner and thought leader in environmental sanitation, developed impactful CSR initiatives aligned with ESG and SDG goals, and built strategic partnerships that advance sustainable development.
