Branimira Milusheva is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in Private Banking, Affluent Segment Strategy, and Branch Network Management. She has led high-performing teams across leading financial institutions in Bulgaria, driving mortgage growth, digital onboarding transformation, and the evolution of traditional branches into omnichannel advisory hubs.

She is the Founder & CEO of Women in Banking and Finance Bulgaria, an initiative designed to connect industry leaders and inspire the next generation of professionals through innovation, mentorship, and global collaboration. Branimira is deeply committed to strengthening the financial sector by empowering young talent and shaping a future-ready, human-centered banking environment.
